When I started MailNinja, I was selling custom work. Every client project was different. No repeatability, no scalability… just chaos in a clever disguise.
Fast forward to 2020 — I productised everything:
→ Email packages instead of custom quotes
→ Templates + SOPs instead of starting from scratch
→ A playbook my team could follow blindfolded (not recommended)
This shift changed everything.
